01How many champions are in the League Classic starting roster?

There are 60. Riot's official Classic Champions page displays the complete roster identity, and the developer article explains the original 40 plus 20 hand-selected 2009–2013 composition. Historical values and builds still require separate verification.

02Are all values on these 60 champion pages launch verified?

No. The kit and build spine comes from Riot Data Dragon 3.15.5 and is explicitly historical. Observed and launch-verified fields remain empty.

03Why does this directory not show win rates or Tier rankings?

No reliable, auditable launch sample is available, so the site publishes no win rate, pick rate, ban rate, Tier or best-build claim.

04Where do the champion portraits and ability icons come from?

Current files are versioned Riot historical Data Dragon assets stored locally with checksums. They are not described as verified 2026 Classic launch-client art.
